Towards Kenya

As it gets closer to my trip over to Kenya on a mission trip, I am getting more excited and looking forward to it even more. We have practically reached our target of $14,000 to build fish ponds and any more that is raised will contribute towards another project. Praise God for how it has all come together, He is at work!

I thought a good way in the lead up to my trip over to Kenya is to let you know a bit more about it. Here are a couple of the facts:

The Century

Yes I made it to 100 blog posts!

To celebrate this milestone for my blog it has been kitted out with a new design. I liked this design because it wasn't too dark or light in colour and contrasts, and it has giraffes on it which is what I will get to see in Kenya when I go there in January next year on a mission trip.

Just to give you an idea of some of the things to come in the near future:

I was given this link from my mate Jonny about a group who have now just completed a Kenya mission trip. I found it exciting to read through the posts as my experience in January of next year should be very similar. I am looking forward to going to Kenya next year.
